A basic set of plans typically cost 1.00 per square foot based on all floors. 3D plans are also available. $1.35 per square foot for a full set of blue prints plus 3D exterior views. 3D interior and exterior plus plans is $1.85 per square foot. He can even use your own photo’s for true landscape and surroundings views.
