What options are available if an employee disagrees with the reconsideration outcome?
The employee or employee’s manager has the option to appeal the outcome of the reconsideration. The appeal must be submitted in writing to Human Resources within 30 calendar days of receiving notification of the reconsideration outcome. Please Note: An extension has been granted for CUPE 1975 appeals, the new deadline is April 30, 2007.
