• The flight section of the form provides an avenue for the registrant to communicate with the organiser’s travel agent. This is done by an email that is generated directly to the travel agent via the online registration system. • Note: Conference Online is not a travel agent. However, we can provide a licensed travel agent who is familiar with our system to work with you. • Flights can be block booked allowing the registrant to select a pre-determined flight/s. • The registrant can request a specific flight and the travel agent will automatically receive an email of this request and will communicate direct with the registrant. How do I get around giving special registrants “Free of Charge” registrations without all the other registrants viewing this? The system allows for FOC registrants to receive their special registration form via an email link. The form’s link is not shown on the website.
