What opportunities exist for spiritual growth?
Our mission as an institution grows from our faith. Student-led campus ministries include an AIDS ministry, Advocacy + Awareness, Anam Cara (connecting students with mentors), a homeless ministry, Vision/Revision (an opportunity to express your faith through the arts), work camps, Study Buddies, prayer ministry, reading circles, kids ministry, nursing home visits, and prison mentoring for juveniles. Programs in the residence halls also meet spiritual needs and speak to growth of body, mind and spirit. Chapel/Convocation is scheduled twice a week and attendance is required of all full-time students. The overall emphasis on our campus is to integrate faith and learning.
