What opportunities does RHHS offer to assist students in preparing for the SAT?
Each October, 4 year college bound juniors and seniors are invited to take the PSAT, or Preliminary SAT. These scores are returned around December and students gain valuable insight about their strengths, weaknesses, and how the test is structured. Usually, once per fall and spring semester, there is an on-site SAT workshop to help students prepare to take the SAT. Listen to the announcements to be informed about signing up for these helpful events. Also, during course selection, students can opt to take Test Prep as an elective. The course focuses on on test taking and academic skills to help students be successful on the SAT.
