WEBccelerate can be installed on any of the following operating systems: Macintosh Systems • MacOS X 10.2 (Jaguar) • MacOS X 10.3 (Panther) • Apple’s Safari web browser The Accelerator can ONLY be run by someone who is logged in with administrative rights on the computer, non-admin users can NOT use the product. IE/Netscape/Chimera/etc are not supported. Windows Systems • Windows 95b w/ Winsock2 • Windows 98 • Windows 98SE • Windows Millennium Edition (Windows ME) • Windows NT 4.0 • Windows 2000 • Windows XP • Windows 2003 WEBccelerate works best with Internet Explorer 4.0 and Netscape 4.0 or any later version of either browser (Internet Explorer 5.0 or better is recommended). Newer versions of Internet Explorer are available free of charge through Microsoft. Currently, Microsoft does not permit Windows 95 users to install Internet Explorer 6 or greater; however, Internet Explorer 5.5 is available.
