NeXpose can run on many operating systems, including the following officially-supported platforms. Windows: • Windows Server 2003 SP1 Linux: • SuSE Enterprise Linux 9 or later • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 or later • Fedora 9 or later • Debian 4.0 or later • CentOS 4 or later • Ubuntu 7.10 or later Rapid7 will provide support for customers running non-officially supported platforms, but it cannot conduct QA testing on those platforms prior to update releases. Windows: • MS Windows Server 2003 SP2 / Server 2003 R2 • Windows Server 2003 SP2 / Server 2003 R2 NeXpose is not supported on Windows XP SP2 due to an issue with this operating system sending packets over raw IP sockets.
