Verify that the graphic or logo has been downloaded to the printer’s PCMCIA card. If the graphic is not present, use the PCMCIA manager to transfer the file to the card. Note: Beige model printers only support .pcx files. • PC Mate Plus will not open, or the program receives general protection fault. Locate the pcmplus.ini file from Windows C:\paxarwin and delete it. Note: In older versions of PC Mate Plus the .ini file is located in C:\Windows. Reboot the PC after deleting the file. Start PC Mate Plus to recreate a new pcmplus.ini file. Make sure you configure your printer’s settings using the utility menu.
