ATHENE is designed to run under UNIX, Linux, and Windows. It also integrates into the Tivoli framework system. ATHENE provides database performance analysis for Oracle and SQL databases. ATHENE’s Custom DB also provides a common interface for the importation of data from other sources. For example, it is possible to import other operating system data, e.g. MVS, VME, VMS, AS/400, other databases, e.g. Sybase, or network monitoring data.
