You don’t need OS to run Mikrotik RouterOS. It comes with its instance of Linux Kernel whic ih very stable. Your hard drive will be erased by the instalation process. There is no support for additional disks, just one PRIMARY MASTER HDD or FlashDisk, except for WEB proxy cache.
