While benefits will have slight differences by brand and by tier status, basic benefits for all members will include a USA Today (or local paper) delivered to their guest room Monday through Friday; an HHonors-only toll-free reservations number (1-800-HHONORS); designated HHonors check-in area; pre-registration and expedited check-in; express check-out; a late checkout upon request; spouse stays free in room with member (except at Hampton hotels); bottled drinking water (amount and audience differs by brand); HHonors Guest Manager at each property to assist with stay; welcome note, personalized for Gold and Diamond VIP. All VIPs have access to hotel-owned-and operated health club facilities (where available) during their stays, and Gold and Diamond VIPs also enjoy room upgrades and/or special amenities.
