What on-line resources deal with function points?

0

Both the internet and CompuServe serve as sources of on-line function point information. Many of the function point trainers and consultants maintain web pages. There URLs are listed in the next section. References to other worthwhile resources follow: • The International Function Point Users Group has a web site at http://www.ifpug.org/ifpug. At this time it is new and many parts are still under construction. However, it looks good so far. • CompuServe has two forums where function point discussions are likely to occur. The CASE-DCI forum (GO CASE) has a few message areas that support this discussion, including one run by the Quality Assurance Institute. Because Software Development magazine has been running function point related articles with fair regularity, their forum (GO SDFORUM) often hosts these discussions. • Denis St-Pierre does an excellent job moderating function point discussions via an internet mail list.
