What on earth is a CSV file?
A CSV file stands for Comma Separated Values and it is simply a spreadsheet with your data (contacts) in it. You can use a CSV file to upload your contacts to Jott. If you have never used a CSV file before, we recommend trying to import just a handful of contacts first, to make sure they show up in your Jott account the way you want them to (first and last name, email address, cell phone number).
