• At Clayton Residential you have a choice between a standard student room and an en-suite room at the Halls of Residence and Normanby House. Please note en-suite rooms are extremely limited. • At Normanby House the rooms are slightly larger and have the additional facility of a hand basin in every room. • At the South East Flats you have a choice between a 2, 3, 4, or 5 bedroom flat. Each Flat comprises of private student bedrooms with common living room, kitchen and bathrooms.
