What % of the UK prison population does not speak English as a first language?
A good question and I would like to know the answer,I feel there are too many people in this country long enough to learn the language but are happy enough to live within their sub cultural exclusive social unit and accept benefits,housing etc without the courtesy to make any attempt that integration while costing the taxpayer more for translators,anyone in this country who cannot speak or read and write should be deported as being unable interact with our society in their own right. These inclusive sub cultures should be investigated as possible recruiting places for terrorist groups who threaten western culture and our homeland security.
