What occurs when the cost data in the ENG3086 Form overlays the cost data in the DD1391 Form?
The ENG3086 Cost Reviewers will utilize the ENG3086 APPROVE command when they approve the detailed cost in the ENG3086 form. During the Approve process, the ENG3086 Form overlays the DD1391 Form cost data and the Information Systems interface is activated to update Furnishings and Equipment Information Systems support costs and DD1391 Information Systems costs. Furnishings and Equipment Information Systems support costs then in turn update DD1391 Form ‘Installed Equipment – Other Appropriations’ cost. Also, the ENG3086 Form construction start, midpoint, and end dates overlay those corresponding fields on the DD1391 Form (Tabs A and B). If there is a difference between the midpoint of construction dates, the DD1391 Form escalates/de-escalates costs in Furnishings and Equipment and Information Systems, and removes an existing ISCE certification.
