What occurs once the claim is filed?
Your Credit union will notify CUNA Mutual, and CUNA Mutual will mail you the necessary claim forms for completion. In addition to completing your portion of the claim forms, you may need to ask any other necessary parties (treating physician, employer, etc.) to complete their portions of the claim forms. You will then send the forms to CUNA Mutual. Once CUNA Mutual receives all of the necessary information, your claim will be reviewed. Once the claim has been reviewed you will be notified.
