What occasions and quantity of people does Village Hearth Catering cater to?
We can cater for your business meeting, dinner party, educational seminar, employee appreciation, family or class reunion, wedding reception or rehearsal, baby shower, anniversary, funeral, church function, community outreach or fundraiser. We cater for 20 to 1000 guests, any budget and location within a 24 hour or less notice up to 2 year notice of event. Please inquire for special reduced pricing for your Non-profit organization events. 11) What does the customer need to do to book their catered event? To ensure desired menu, events may require more than a 24 hour notice, but it is not necessary. When Catering Planner information is acquired, VHC quotes are emailed or mailed. When customer has an acceptable quote, then a deposit of 10% or $100 (whichever is greater) with signed contract is forwarded to the caterer. The deposit is subtracted from the balance due.
