Rose Valley Water Company prepares and publishes an annual Consumer Confidence Report (“CCR”). The CCR contains information and data from the preceding 12 months on the quality of the water delivered, any contaminants detected in the water, violations of safe drinking water standards or requirements, and other information. The CCR is published by Rose Valley in The Arizona Republic, and a copy of the CCR is provided to any customer upon request.
