For AutoCAD, it’s an anonymous block. As we know, with AutoCAD (LT) 2005, Autodesk introduced AcDbTable object. Cadig will make AutoTable to work with the AcDbTable object soon. This will provide AutoCAD (LT) users a more convenient way working together with AutoCAD (LT) and Excel. For MicroStation, it’s an orphan cell.
