What notification will individual RTOs receive about the audit?
RTOs will receive a letter at least one month prior to the audit. The letter will advise of the audit and invite RTO representatives to attend a workshop on the audit process. About five (5) business days prior to the audit an auditor will advise of the date and time of the site visit. After the audit visit, the auditor(s) may return at any time during operating hours, including without notice, for a follow-up visit.
