What notes are available in CIS View?
Any clinical notes that have been entered into The CIS are available within CIS View. These include ambulatory clinic notes, ED discharge summaries, inpatient ICU progress notes, inpatient interim and discharge summaries, operative notes, some inpatient consult notes, and telephone notes. Inpatient documentation completed on paper is not available within CIS View.
