What normally happens at launch meetings?
Every launch meeting varies, but usually there is a presentation (by someone from Constructing Excellence) to explain what the CE is all about, what it is trying to achieve and how the Clubs fit in with this, followed by an expert speaker on a topical issue. There should be plenty of opportunity for people to debate and discuss the presentations given.
