What nock does Firenock use; they look different than any I know of?
In order to make the most versatile fitting and the best lighted nock, Firenock took the only way that would allow us to achieve these targets. That is we design and make our own nocks. This is the most expensive and complicated route to make a lighted nock. Every moulds of Firenock are designed with extreme tight tolerance (0.001 mm) and molded with the best polycarbonate for nock making based on our research. Based on published specifications, we know that it has a better IZOD respond to tackle issue like memory and shear force, we are also able to control how the optical characteristic of each nock will be. To satisfy the toughest demand for matched nock for the most discrete target shooter, all production moulds of Firenock’s nock have cavity number.
