Subscribers of the Local People Meter service in Boston will have access to all licensed Nielsen information from the past and present. Subscribers, both stations and cable services, will have their own viewership information as well as their competitors information. A subscribers contract for Local People Meter service may also include access, during the life of their contract, to all monthly ratings books, all weekly ratings analyses, and all overnight reports produced during this period. Subscribers have the right to use Nielsen ratings information for their buying, selling, promotional and planning needs. Non-subscribers do not have permission to use any Nielsen ratings information.
