What nice flowers bloom in the Month of June?
depends on what part of June. lilies(stargazers, ruffled apricot, etc.) and Iris are a hardy flower, great for bouquets and arrangements. Orchids are always beautiful, and last extremely well, and you only need a few stems to make a lovely statement. Roses are available almost any time of year, as well as tulips and other bulb flowers that are easily forced. Lily of the Valley are usually around Mother’s Day til the end of May (if youre lucky), and they are extremely costly, $3 PER stem. For some reason, growers have had a difficult time trying to force the pips to bloom out of season. for planting around, look to coreopsis, delphinium, passion flower, lavender (smells great! :), cosmos, zinnias, marigolds, petunias…just check out the beautiful flats of flowers around at home and garden places.
