What NFLPA and Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations govern contact between an agent and a student athlete?
A. A certified contract advisor may not communicate directly or indirectly with a prospective player who is ineligible for the draft. Pursuant to the Collective Bargaining Agreement Article XVI Section 2(a) a player shall not be eligible for the draft until three NFL regular seasons have begun and ended following either his graduation from high school of graduation of the class with which he entered high school, whichever is earlier.
