Four Superior Court Judges have been assigned by the Chief Justice to exclusively manage mass tort cases. Currently the Honorable Jessica Mayer, the Honorable Carol Higbee, the Honorable Ann McCormick and the Honorable Brian Martinotti are responsible for the mass tort cases in New Jersey. Each judge has a judicial law clerk serve for 1 year beginning in September. This year Judge Mayer’s clerks are Matthew Schoen, and Jason Judovin. Judge Higbee’s clerks are Daniel Leathers and Amy McKinsey, Judge McCormick’s clerk is Bradley Parsons, and Judge Martinotti’s clerk is Jacqueline Rosa.
