What new features will be in e-FAQ version 2.3.1?
Version 2.3.1 includes major improvements to just about all areas of e-FAQ. Many new features were added (many in response to suggestions by customers of previous versions) to improve matching performance, ease of use, and flexibility. The following is a partial list of the new features we believe will be most helpful: • WYSIWIG Editor – Enhancements e-FAQ’s Knowledge Manager (EKM) will include a new HTML edit option. Using this option, an EKM user can edit a given entry using many document editing tools common with more robust document editing environments such as Microsoft Word and Web-based e-mail systems such as Hotmail, and Outlook Express. Available with IE 6 only • Language-Neutral Mode – Enhancements to language-neutral mode will support basic stemming in languages other than English via simple, user-defined rules. • Additional Dictionary – Supports the addition of a dictionary to cover non-English words, or specific technical terms, such as those used in the IT industry, legal
