FrameMaker 7.1 introduced the following new and enhanced features: more intuitive XML handling; support for conditional text in XML documents; improved cross-referencing between XML documents; and new file import and graphics handling capabilities (including import support for Adobe PageMaker® 6.5 and 7 files, QuarkXPress 3.3 through 4.5 files, native Adobe Photoshop® and Illustrator® files, and PDF graphics).
