What New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case?
Democrats are sure getting an earful from constituents. At at townhall event, Democrat Congressman Brad Sherman, who represents California’s 27th district, stated that he is unaware of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case being dismissed by the Obama Justice Department. Let’s just say, the crowd was less than pleased. Actually, Congressman, a former DOJ attorney is alleging that there is a policy not to prosecute certain voter intimidation cases depending on race, so to dismiss the subject as an internet conspiracy is wrong. To be fair, at least he didn’t start whining and smack a table with a newspaper like one of his colleagues.
