It uses TCP/IP. Awosoft Imonitor EAM console program uses TCP 4823, UDP 4821. Awosoft Imonitor EAM Server program uses TCP 4820, UDP 4926, UDP 4927, Agent program uses ports TCP 4802, TCP 4911, UDP 4801, UDP 4822. They should be free to work properly. If you have firewall installed, you need to enable communications through these ports for Awosoft Imonitor EAM.
