What neighbourhoods are getting flood prevention projects first?
The Flood Prevention Program was approved by Council in 2006 and included improvements to 31 neighbourhoods. To date, work is on-going or completed in 18 neighbourhoods. The include: Bearspaw, Belgravia, Ekota, Elmwood, Lendrum Place, Lynwood, Malmo Plains, McKernan, Meadowlark Park, Menisa, Meyonohk, Parkview, Pleasantview, Quesnell Heights, Rio Terrance, Satto, and Tweddle Place.
