Close gas cylinder, relieve pressure reducer, remove pressure reducer and screw it on the new cylinder by hand without tools. Slowly open gas cylinder. The pressure reducer is sealed by the cylinder pressure so no tool is necessary! Open slowly, as sudden pressure surges can generate heat and thus trigger a deflagration.
