The outside is totally finished. Buyers will be responsible for all inside work including but not limited to bedroom & bathroom walls, floor coverings, cabinets & countertops, insulation in the floor and ceiling, plumbing and electrical. On the two level cabin the 3/4 loft and stairs are in place.
