What needs to be done by any NGO who has started newly?
The age of the NGO is not the criteria for funding. The basic criterion is what they are doing on ground level for which they submit us a concept note. Based upon the concept note, we discuss internally about its radical fit into our strategy. Only if it fits and we all convinced that it will feed into our right based work and would help us take the voices from the grassroots to the policy level, we carry the due diligence test. What are your different ways in fund raising era? What I have tried and explain is the manner in which, we make grants to the partners. The other ways through which we raise funds is internally for Oxfam India again we give it to our partners.
