I am reminded of an old joke that said that Saudi Arabia’s recent Budget has just put 20 lashes on a bottle of Scotch. They have very strong feelings about the consumption of alcohol anywhere, so if somebody is caught drink driving they would probably have every dangly bit cut off as punishment.
