What names do we need to provide for the ketubah texts?
I need your Hebrew names and, if you are having an English text, your English names. Traditionally (i.e. with the Orthodox text), a Hebrew name is your name and your father’s name. With all other texts, people include their mother’s name. Please let me know if the bride wants her mother’s name to be placed before her father’s! Some people like to have their grandparents’ names as well (an extra $50 fee). A modern tradition is to add your last names in Hebrew. In English, you can include any of the above. All of this should be sent to me on your personalization form.
