Definitley go with Tillie. Coco is such a common name and people would normally think of a brown dog. Tillie just too adorable of a name to not go with it.

I think Tillie! Also if it is golden don’t name it coco. And I know a lot of people that name their dog Coco, so i think Tillie is a more unique name! But if you do not go with my advise either one would be pretty cute.
