a. A Letter describing the project, to include; type of structure/building use and total square footage. b. A site plan ( 24 x 36) that should provide at a minimum; land use, square footage of the building(s), all existing and/or proposed streets and rights of way and driveways adjacent and across from the site, and any existing traffic related devices such as pavement marking, signs, medians, signal facilities, and is to be drawn to scale. c. A mitigation letter can not be accepted unless there is an approved land use/zoning for the project. The site plan must comply with the approved land use/zoning.
