Any amounts for equity-based compensation other than incentive and nonqualified stock option compensation (reported on Part III, Line 8 and 9, respectively) including, for example, compensation attributable to employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs), phantom stock options, phantom stock units, stock warrants, stock appreciation rights, and restricted stock must be included on Part III, Line 10.
