What must be filed for the bar examination and when?
Pursuant to rule 4-40 through 4-48, each applicant desiring to take the General Bar Examination for the first time must submit to the board either the complete Bar Application or, in the case of law student registrants and repeat takers, the Re-Examination/Conversion Application, the appropriate applicant filing fee, a current 2″ x 2″ photograph, and proof that fingerprints have been taken by IBT.
