The recipient shall only be able to obtain the documentation to clear the baggage from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 2:30 pm. Documents to be presented: One plain copy of Identification Card, Tax ID and Passport; cover of the ticket and a description of the contents. If the person who is picking up the documentation is a representative of the recipient, that person should present, besides the aforementioned documentation, a power-of-attorney with authenticated signature, as well as original documents (ID card and Tax ID).
