While this was intended to be humorous, the answer would have to be whatever music he liked. It is really easy to change Steve into a caricature of himself- heck, he did half the work for us! But he was a real person with different aspects, real likes and dislikes, kids, pets, hobbies that don’t involve animals, etc. For all we know, he was an opera buff and some great arias would be appropriate. Having said that, I’d go for: Peter Allen’s ‘Tenterfield Saddler’ Paul Kelly’s ‘Black and White’ or ‘From Little Things Big Things Grow’ Music celebrating nature- John Denver, Enya, Phillip Glass (Koyaaniqatsi), etc. John Williams’ ‘Indiana Jones Theme’ Mannheim Steamroller’s Music For Wildlife album, etc.
