What muscles should be worked out together?
Back and shoulders together is a good. Biceps and chest work better. You can mix in triceps to either one of those. You need to add legs, glutes, calves, quads, abs, and neck to your routine so you get all your body. Usually what you want to do is work out muscles on the same day that work together. Then the next day give those muscles a complete rest so they can rebuild and work a different part of the body. Change things up so you are always confusing your body and not getting into the same routine. That will give you better results. It also depends on how you feel, some guys prefer to team up certain muscles more than others because it just feels more natural to them.
