We will seek to relicense all source code which is included in the Mozilla source code distributions distributed through mozilla.org and is used to create the Mozilla binary distributions distributed through mozilla.org. We will not necessarily relicense all source code available from the mozilla.org CVS repository. Our primary goal is to ensure that the source code needed to build Mozilla binary distributions is available under a suitable license (or licenses). Thus we will focus on relicensing source code which is included in Mozilla source code distributions released through mozilla.org.
