What mouse strain does the facility use for pronuclear injection?
The facility uses FVB mice by default for pronuclear injections. If you need another strain then you will need to make special arrangements with the facility. Using an alternate strain may result in increased costs as the facility will need to purchase mice from a vendor and it may also delay injection date as well. Any additional costs for housing and purchase of special mouse strains will be passed on to the individual lab making the request.
