What motivation is there to work in communism?
Work in communism is greatly reduced. The work that remains is motivated by the desire for social esteem and reputation. Much as people in today’s society seek wealth because it is prestigious to be rich, people in communism will want to be reputed to be generous and productive. Work in a communism is greatly increased. Firstly for the reasons there and secondly because Communism requires the initiative of everyone to do what they do to the best of their ability to aid all of society.
