What motivated you to bring the Peter Drucker entrepreneurship education model to China?
China is huge. In order to manage such a large country, we need people with an entrepreneurial spirit to start their own businesses. Most countries rely on small and medium enterprises to drive economic development, not a few large companies. The millions of people in China who have become entrepreneurs have done so for various reasons. Many of them have not had the opportunity to receive higher education, yet they have gained experience in how to manage organizations and people. By introducing entrepreneurial education and training to China, I hope to give these people the spirit of entrepreneurship rather than just vocational skills. My target group is different from those studying at business schools. I focus on people who have learned their lessons from overcoming real-life challenges and also from making mistakes.
