What motivated you to become a jeweller and make glass beads?

0

I always has a passion for metal and glass. During high school I undertook short courses at a private jewellery school and work experience at a manufacturing jeweller. I also took glass short courses in lead-lighting, fusing, and slumping. I applied to Queensland College of Art, Griffith University for Bachelor of Visual Arts Gold and Silversmithing. I was accepted and begun my training in metal. Once I enrolled I did another short course 3hr class in glass bead making. This is when I realised what I wanted to do with the medium of glass. Ever since I have continued my training in metal while maintaining and developing my glass beads.
